WingsLevel is a non-certified situational-awareness aid, not approved by EASA, the FAA or any authority.
Not for primary navigation, not for IFR or flight in IMC. The runway approach path is advisory, not a published approach. The pilot in command remains responsible.
No warranty; limitation of liability to the extent permitted by law.
Personal use; no copying, redistribution or reverse engineering.
Updates, data currency (airport and terrain data are not official AIP data), termination, governing law.

Location, sensor and flight data are processed on your device only and never sent to us.
We store only server logs (IP address, kept 30 days).
Anonymous usage count: the app tells our server when it is opened on a new device, first opened from the home screen, and once a day, with the platform (iOS, Android, other) and the app version. No identifier, no IP address and no location are stored with it.
